Short answer
Hip Bags expand carrying space. Gamer Guides lists a two-slot increase; developer knas confirms that a fully upgraded inventory is 6 × 6. If your achievement has not unlocked, compare your inventory grid and the locations below before assuming a bug.
Choose the next reachable location
These are location labels, not a required collection order. Start with a place you can already access. For the three early routes with additional context, use our motel, ferry and Wing Oil notes. The numbered source screenshots are linked beside each route.
Motel roof
From outside Room 5, jump left onto the shed roof, drop down and continue left.
Motel arcade
Bring a firearm. Shoot the right-hand padlock and overhead grate; climb through to the beer crate.
Ferry Office
After the tunnel encounter, enter the office and cut the curtain left of the cat.
Wing Oil restroom
Collect the Bathroom Key inside the station, unlock the toilets and cut the curtain.
Union building
Reach floor four before checking down and right from the stairwell for the hanging pouch.
Town Hall basement
Pass the furnace to the right, crouch beneath the obstruction and enter the next doorway.
Digging man's caravan
After cable-car progression, revisit the digging site northwest of Downtown and inspect the now-accessible caravan.

From the room left of the Stage, shoot the upper-right vent, climb through and cross the rafters.
The ninth location: summit arrival area
Both written lists include an upgrade around a collapsed floor after the cable-car journey. Their left/right drop instructions differ. Use the original illustrated summit sequence (pouch 8) or Gamer Guides map marker to match your exact starting ledge. We cannot reconcile the drop direction from text alone, so this is not a verified jump-by-jump route.
Check whether a bag is missing
- Open your inventory and count the grid. The developer’s October 9 reply gives 6 × 6 as the completed target. A smaller grid means that you should keep checking upgrades.
- Compare landmarks, not guide numbers. One guide may call a location pouch 5 while another checklist places it elsewhere. Mark a location complete only after checking the pickup and increased capacity.
- Separate access from collection. Reaching a building or seeing a bag is not collecting it. Check the locked door, curtain or vent described above, and return when its prerequisite is met.
- If the grid is full but the achievement is absent, preserve your save. Note platform, game version and achievement name, and attach an inventory screenshot to an official support report. No confirmed repair for that state is established here.
In an October 8 Steam report, a player thought every upgrade was collected. Support requested an inventory screenshot; a developer then identified three missing upgrades. The player acknowledged the mistake. That case does not prove that every achievement report is a collection mistake.
Is a numbered checklist enough to prove I have all bags?
No. Use locations and the resulting inventory capacity. A source’s numbering is not an in-game collection counter.
Can I follow the demo list for the full game?
Keep them separate. The older demo page contains only selected early leads and cannot establish full-game completion.
Where are the matching pictures?
The route links open the original illustrated guide. We have not reproduced those screenshots or independently tested these routes.
