Short answer

Keep phone contacts, locker combinations, and different barrier types separate. The developer confirms that Demo Patch 2 lets the shotgun break wooden barricades; this does not make every fenced-off item reachable.

Payphones: read the contact, not just the digits

The checked demo recording shows separate entries for the save contact and Crimson Bear guests. Choose the entry for what you are trying to do. A guest-room call and a save call are different interactions.

Wooden barricades are a specific case

The June 12 patch notes explicitly added shotgun destruction of wooden barricades. Treat cloth, a padlock, a wooden grille, and a metal fence as different obstacles. Do not extrapolate this change into a claim that the shotgun opens them all.

Inventory expansion: three reported leads

A June 25 Steam discussion describes the following demo pouch locations. These are community directions, not routes we have reproduced in the current build.

  1. Crimson Bear Motel balcony. The player describes a broken railing on the second floor, a jump to the left, and a drop beyond it.
  2. The motel game room. The player describes a wooden ventilation grille on the right, opened with a revolver, then a climb through.
  3. Ferry office. The player describes collecting the office key after the Rabbit Hole scene and cutting a cloth barrier in the office after the boss.

The pharmacy fence is still an open question.

The three leads above do not establish a route to the item behind the pharmacy fence. No verified video route for that particular target was found in our review.

Should I keep trying the shotgun on the fence?

The official patch only establishes wooden barricades. We do not have evidence that the pharmacy's fence is breakable with that weapon.

Is the demo the full game's route?

No. The official release is scheduled for October 8, 2026. The publisher said the demo would remain available until that date; later availability and retail routes require checking.
